By using shoporicci.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Every ORICCI piece is custom produced for the buyer. By placing an order, you authorize us to begin production once payment is received. See our Returns page for cancellation and refund details.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before an order is placed. Payment is processed securely by Stripe or PayPal. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method presented.

Title and risk of loss pass to you once your order is handed to the carrier. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; customs delays on international orders are outside our control.

All branding, designs, photography, music may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to access systems or data that are not made publicly available.

The site and products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, manufacturer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
