We want you to love every piece you receive. If anything is not right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right. For quality concerns, please include clear photos of the item on a flat, well-lit surface so we can resolve your issue quickly.

Every ORICCI piece is custom made for you. Orders may be cancelled at any time before production begins for a full refund.

Once production has started, the cost of goods cannot be refunded; however, shipping and applicable duties will be returned to you. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.

If your piece arrives with a quality defect, reach out to us and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. PayPal refunds typically appear in your account within 24 business hours. Card refunds may take 5–10 business days to settle, depending on your bank.
